Finalists who will be invited to participate in the school science fair

I've almost narrowed down all of the projects to the ones that I will ask the owners to participate in the JLCP Science Fair. I will put a note on the grade portal. Check your portal. If You have been selected there should be a comment under "Invited to Participate in JLCP's Science Fair". Grades are not updated and I will not be finished grading projects until after we return to school next year.

SCIENCE PROJECT PRESENTATIONS HAVE BEGUN

Some very nervous young scientists have begun presenting their work to their peers and teacher. Needless to say, most of them did a great job of explaining their projects and conclusions. All projects are scheduled to be presented prior to winter break with the exception of any student waiting for approval from the NEFRSEF IRB. I will make the terribly difficult decision about who to invite to the fair possibly as early as next week. If you are invited you will have to stay after school on Monday, January 10. Parents will have to provide transportation following the fair. The judging should be over by 3:45. Specific information will be sent home with the invitations.

If you have not submitted your research paper - get going. It's late and you are getting a place holder that won't affect your grade yet. When I have finished grading the papers, the boards, and the presentations you will receive a ZERO for anything you did not submit.
