UPDATE about 8th grade activities

Here's some info from the PTA about upcoming events for 8th grade students. Parents, please read and decide how you can be a part of the celebration. TYVM

We greatly appreciate it and wish we could thank you all in person!

Any & all contributions are much appreciated as we are working with a very limited budget and really want to make these events fun for our nearly 300 8th graders.

This is just a reminder to add the 8th grade events to your calendars:

8th Grade Celebration / Dance - Friday, May 23rd, 6:00-8:30 p.m. (theme= black & white, semi-formal optional, will be outdoors)

8th Grade Leadership Symposium - Thursday, May 29th, 6-7:30 p.m.

8th Grade Field-trip - May 30th (non-PTSA activity)

8th Grade End of Year BBQ - Wed. June 4th, 11:20 a.m.-12:50 p.m.

8th Grade Awards - June 5th, 8 a.m. -10 a.m.

8th Grade Breakfast - Friday, June 6th, 7:50 a.m. (students only)

Other events coming up for all grades include:   

Teacher Appreciation Week -  May 5th-9th

Last “All Pro Dads” meeting - May 16th at 7:30 a.m.

Athletics Banquet - date re-scheduled:  June 2nd 6:15 pm

Talent Show - date will be re-scheduled (auditions will be held: 5/19 & 5/20)

Field Days (6th grade - June 3rd & 7th grade - June 4th)
